Loved that we received a same day free estimate (here within 3 hours even on non-emergency). Andrew and Daniel were extremely helpful with testing equipment and pressure, explaining and providing options and same day installation of new equipment. Update 11/20/23 Came back for warranty work. 3 techs total to diagnose and repair problems. Thrid tech identified bad power disconnect for indoor unit. Ruben was the third tech to come out and identify the bad item and fix another issue we were having with the A/C unit. Ruben is a 5-star tech and fixed the issue. He is working to improve their star rating for the company as a whole. Update 5/20/2021 My review has gone from five stars to one. The service provided by this company is the worst I have ever experienced. The repairs to the A/C mentioned above were poorly completed and now have water damage to the first floor ceiling of my home directly beneath the A/C Indoor Unit. I have had promises made and missed since May 15th. The failure to uphold their promises continue today. I am beyond frustrated in dealing with this company. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company! Update 7/11/18 Had Josh and Carlos out working on a plumbing leak in the kitchen. Replaced an aging disposal and did an excellent job replacing the leaking plumbing. Always the best service from Aramendia.. I'm glad to be an A-Team Member. Daniel Marrs was here today.. found a leak in the coil in just a short time. GREAT SERVICE!!!
