R&M Climate Control Pledges to Home for Injured Soldier

November 10, 2015
Marine LCpl Cody Evans lost both of his legs in Afghanistan, and spent nearly a year healing at Walter Reed Medical Center. He lives in his childhood family in Knoxville, Tennessee, but it is not designed for wheelchair access. You can meet Cody Evans and hear his story by viewing the video below or here, and follow our journey helping Marine LCpl Evans by liking our Facebook page.
The non-profit group, A Soldier’s Journey Home, has committed to build a new, wheelchair accessible home for Cody in Knoxville.
R&M Climate Control, A Service Experts Company, is the first contractor to pledge their contribution. R&M Climate Control Service Experts will donate and install a Lennox® heating and air conditioning system, including indoor air quality filtration equipment. Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is also working with other businesses in Knoxville to secure additional donations for his new home.
A Soldier’s Journey Home has a goal of $100,000 to cover the costs of building the home. If you’d like to help LCpl Cody Evans this Veteran’s Day, donate at the link below.
On behalf of all of us at Aramendia Plumbing, Heating and Air, A Service Experts Company thank you to all of our Veterans and their families. Semper Fi!
